Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Kilpauk, Chennai. The individual will engage with customers to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions in audio and home theater systems. Responsibilities include executing sales strategies, creating and managing social media campaigns, managing customer relations, providing product information, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Specialist will also participate in training sessions to remain well-versed with the latest industry products and trends, while driving business growth through targeted marketing and effective sales management.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Male/Female any graduate with the excellent presentation, rapport building skills & aptitude to learn quickly.
• Excellent English communication, both written & verbal, is a Must.
• Spoken Hindi language skills is a Must.
• Social media marketing knowledge is essential.
• Experience: At least 2-3 years in the mentioned areas.
