Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales And Marketing position at KAVITA DESIGNS in Bengaluru. The role involves daily tasks such as communication with clients,Sales activities , providing exceptional customer service, conducting training sessions, and managing sales operations.

Lead Handling

  • Contact and respond to new leads from website, social media, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Understand client requirements, property details, and budget.
  • Schedule site visits or office meetings with designers.

Client Meetings

  • Attend site visits with designers when required.
  • Explain company services, design process, and project timelines.
  • Build trust and maintain professional communication with clients.


Sales Conversion

  • Follow up with prospects regularly.
  • Assist in preparing quotations and proposals.
  • Convert leads into confirmed interior projects.


Lead TRacking

  • Maintain lead database and follow-up records.
  • Update management on lead status and conversion progress.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups until project closure.


Coordination

  • Coordinate between client, designer, and project execution team.
  • Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the design team.


Required Skills

  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle client meetings confidently
  • Strong follow-up and relationship management
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes
  • Basic understanding or interest in interior design / home interiors


Experience

  • 1+ year experience in sales / real estate / interiors / home improvement
  • Experience handling customer enquiries and site visits
  • Comfortable with client meetings and presentations


Qualifications

  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of marketing techniques
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field


Timeline :

Initial 6 months period dedicated to performance evaluation and observation, with opportunities for advancement thereafter
