This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Sales and Marketing Representative. The individual will be responsible for driving sales, providing customer service, planning and executing marketing strategies, and conducting training sessions for team members. The role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. The candidate will actively contribute to customer acquisition and brand visibility in the market.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Proven Sales and Marketing expertise in achieving targets and handling client relationships
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance their performance
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to an on-site work environment
• Proactive problem-solving ability and time management skills
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the local market and customer behavior in Ahmedabad is a plus
