Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales and Marketing Managerto lead our efforts in promoting and expanding the sales of our restroom cubicles, partitions, and washroom solutions. The ideal candidate will develop strategic marketing plans, manage customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth within the construction and interior fit-out sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets for restroom cubicles and related products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients including contractors, architects, consultants, and project managers.
Identify new market segments and growth opportunities (e.g., commercial buildings, malls, airports, schools, hospitals).
Lead the tendering, quotation, and negotiation processes.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis.
Marketing:
Design and implement effective marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to promote the companys product range.
Manage the companys brand positioning, website, and social media presence.
Collaborate with design and technical teams to develop marketing materials including brochures, datasheets, and case studies.
Organize and represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client presentations.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine strategies.
