Sales and Marketing Management Trainee

Position OBJECTIVE

The Management Trainee Program at KPPL is designed to develop future leaders in the flexible packaging industry. As a trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive immersion into our specialized product lines. You will be equipped to handle complex B2B sales cycles.

KEY Position Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & CRM: Identify and prospect potential corporate clients through industrial directories, digital platforms, and cold calling. Ensure all lead data and interaction history are accurately captured in the CRM (Salesforce).
2. Conduct ongoing research into packaging trends, competitor pricing, and emerging requirements for sustainable or high-barrier materials.
3. Ensure seamless communication between the client and the plant to track orders, ensuring timely delivery and high partner satisfaction.
4. Learn to manage the commercial aspects of the role, including understanding payment terms, handling inquiries, and ensuring timely collections.
5. Prepare and analyze weekly sales reports, tracking progress against targets, conversion rates, and market feedback.

MBA/PGDM-Marketing
