Roles:

• . Cold call prospects from such plot owners for designing & building their villa
• Maintain database of relevant prospects and carry out regular follow-ups
• Signing up key members as channel partners
• Following-up regularly to generate new leads
• Making sure leads convert into sign-ups
• Periodic follow-ups with channel partners and leads
• Maintaining proper records on channel partners and their leads
• Expertise in making reports and presentations

Responsibilities:

• Achieving set targets
• Responsible for prospecting & identifying potential clients
• Responsible for conversion of leads into sign ups
• Ensuring data is maintained and periodic sales reports presented to themanagementas and when needed.
• Engaged in continuous collection of business intelligence, reporting and analysis. Findings to be shared with themanagementregularly.
• Responsible for research online as well as offline.
• Building channel partner relations on a continuous basis.
• Develop excellent written and spoken communications skills
