Role Description
This is a full-time, in-office role for a Business Development Representative (Intern). You will be the voice of Growth Infi and our clients, reaching out to prospects via cold calls, booking qualified meetings, and helping drive the outbound sales engine. But this isn't a typical call center role. You'll learn our complete outbound process end to end, from prospecting and list building to multi-channel outreach, client delivery, and account management. As you grow, you'll become the point of contact for select client accounts and play a key role in how we deliver results. If you're someone with sharp communication skills, a thick skin for rejection, and a genuine hunger to learn sales from the ground up in a fast-moving startup, this is your role.
Qualifications/Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound cold calls daily to prospects across India and international markets (US/UK) for both Growth Infi and our clients.
Qualify leads through conversations, understand prospect pain points, and book meetings for the sales team or directly with clients.
Learn and execute the complete outbound sales process, from building prospect lists and crafting call scripts to follow-ups and pipeline management.
Collaborate with the team on multi-channel outreach, combining cold calls with email and LinkedIn to maximize response rates.
Maintain accurate records of all calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM tools. Participate in client delivery, understand client requirements, assist in campaign execution, and act as point of contact for select client accounts.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Clear, confident, and professional on calls with both Indian and international prospects. Hardworking, resilient mindset.
Comfortable making 50-100+ cold calls a day and handling rejection without losing energy. Self-motivated and proactive.
Takes initiative, wants to grow beyond just a calling role, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. Bachelor's degree completed in any field.
Communication, business, marketing, or related fields preferred but not mandatory.
