Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and promote services to individual flat/house owners

Build strong relationships with clients, community managers, association heads, builders & developers

Identify new business opportunities through fieldwork in hardcore/B2C sales environments

Target real estate developers, housing societies & gated communities

Present interior solutions effectively, highlighting our unique value proposition

Handle projects across small, medium & large-scale residential segments

Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns & promotions

Provide daily reports on market trends, competitors & client feedback

Requirements:

Experience in interior or real estate sales (preferred)

Strong communication & presentation skills

Smart, presentable personality with strong presence of mind

Two-wheeler preferred
