Role Description

Manage customer accounts effectively and build long-term relationships.

Generate leads and drive sales growth through field visits, industry networking events, and new age marketing tools.

Visit pharma companies, R&D labs, and manufacturing units to generate inquiries and orders.

Promote and explain our range of pharmaceutical and process machinery to potential clients.

Build new client relationships and diligently follow up on leads.

Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and demonstrations.

Prepare quotations and provide necessary support to fulfil customer requirements.

Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and monitor competition.

Travel for client meetings, trials, demonstrations, and industry exhibitions.

Support day-to-day marketing activities such as calls, emails, and follow-ups.

Maintain sales pipeline, track opportunities, and achieve defined targets.

Marketing and Outreach: Participate in industry trade shows and marketing activities to generate lead, boost sales volume and market visibility.


Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Science / Business (Mechanical, Chemical, Biotech preferred).


Desired Candidate Profile:

25 years of experience in B2B technical sales, ideally in pharma or industrial equipment.

Ability to understand and sell capital equipment / process solutions.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable with travel.

Experience interacting with R&D, production, and procurement teams is an advantage.
