Zisuku Villa & Resort is a premium hospitality destination in Guwahati, offering leisure stays, weddings, social events, and corporate experiences. We are hiring aSales & Marketing Executive to manage enquiries, handle pricing and negotiations, and actively drive bookings.

This is asales-led role with responsibility for closing deals and growing revenue. Marketing strategy and Instagram content direction will be overseen by management; the role includes supporting marketing through on-ground content.

• Manage incoming enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram
• Communicate room tariffs, event packages, and customised pricing clearly
• Negotiate confidently and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Follow up consistently to maximise conversions
• Drive sales through networking, referrals, and local partnerships
• Build relationships with event planners, corporates, agents, and institutions
• Capture on-ground photos and short videos to support marketing activities
  

• Strong communication skills with a guest-first hospitality mindset
• Confidence in handling pricing discussions and negotiations
• Sales-driven approach with the ability to close deals
• Comfortable engaging with guests, partners, and corporate clients
• Presentable, proactive, and well-organised
• Experience in hospitality, events, real estate, or service sales preferred

• Salary: 15,000 20,000 per month
