Job Responsibilities

• Handle sales and marketing activities for real estate projects
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, and fieldwork
• Explain property details, pricing, and payment plans to clients
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
• Achieve assigned sales targets every month
• Conduct market research and track competitor activity
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closures
• Maintain sales records and daily reports

Eligibility & Requirements

• Knowledge of real estate is mandatory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality
• Comfortable with field sales and client meetings
