Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive, based in Mumbai. The Sales and Marketing Executive will develop and execute market plans, conduct research to analyze trends and customer needs, and drive initiatives to promote sales and marketing strategies. Additional responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and preparing reports to assess market performance. The role requires collaboration across teams and direct involvement in client interfacing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Agriculture/ Agribusiness or a related field
• 3-7 years of experience in sales within agriculture related industries
• Experience in B2B or channel sales in agriculture ssector
• Strong understanding of agriculture inputs/crops/biostimulants/fertilizers
