Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Bengaluru South, is for a Sales and Marketing Engineer. The Sales Engineer will work closely with clients to provide technical expertise and customized solutions aligned with customers' needs. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, providing pre-sales and post-sales support, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Technical expertise in telecom equipment, testing instruments, and related fields
  • Sales and business development skills, including the ability to identify leads and build strong client relationships
  • Communication and presentation skills for delivering product demonstrations and engaging with customers
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to provide tailored solutions to customer needs
  • Proficiency in market analysis and an understanding of industry trends
  • Relevant educational qualifications in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
  • Previous experience in sales or technical support within related industries is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently on-site
