About the role:
We are looking for a Sales and Growth Manager to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and scale sales operations. This role combines hands-on sales execution , growth strategy , and team leadership to deliver predictable and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Build, manage, and convert a strong sales pipeline
- Close key deals and manage strategic accounts
- Develop pricing, proposals, and negotiation strategies
- Improve conversion rates across the sales funnel
- Identify and execute new growth opportunities (markets, segments, channels)
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and demand programs
- Analyze growth metrics and optimize performance
- Hire, coach, and manage sales team members
- Set clear targets, incentives, and performance metrics
- Implement and optimize CRM and sales tools
- Ensure consistent sales processes and reporting
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams
- Present sales and growth performance to leadership
- Provide market and customer insights to influence product strategy
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Experience in sales, business development, or growth roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience in scaling sales pipelines or growth initiatives
- Prior experience in SaaS / B2B / Startup environments (preferred)
- Experience managing teams or leading projects (preferred)
