The Role: Sales and Growth Leader


Were looking for an on-the-ground leader with a hustle-first mindset to drive enrollments and expand GVCs reach across schools and educational communities. This is not a desk jobits a high-energy, high-impact role that requires you to build relationships, close deals, and lay the foundation for GVCs exponential growth.

As a Sales and Growth Leader , youll work closely with the leadership team to strategize and execute plans that directly contribute to our mission.


Key Responsibilities

Own the Revenue Growth :

  • Lead efforts to enroll students across GVCs programs through direct outreach and partnerships with schools.
  • Engage with school principals, educators, and parents to showcase the value of our programs.


Design and Execute Sales Strategies :

  • Create and implement scalable processes to optimize lead conversion and customer experience.
  • Develop strategies tailored to different segments (schools, parents, etc.).


Field Engagement :

  • Be the face of GVC at school meetings, workshops, and events.
  • Actively network to uncover growth opportunities and partnerships.


Build Long-Term Relationships :

  • Cultivate trust with stakeholders to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Act as a liaison between GVC and educational communities to establish credibility.


Prepare for Future Team Scaling :

  • Lay the groundwork for scaling a sales team, including best practices, processes, and performance benchmarks.

    • Ability to build rapport with parents, principals, and decision-makers.
