Your direct point of contact will be with the founders' office, so you will have plenty of opportunities to learn about how a startup grows from the ground up and impact what processes are created to help the company scale. You will help drive sales and growth initiatives across the company, develop a deep understanding of market and customer needs, and contribute to shaping the product as it evolves. Your fingerprints will be on the growth trajectory of this company.
What you will do?
Your tasks will include:
- Identifying and unlocking new business opportunities
- Engaging and onboarding suppliers and buyers
- Running sales experiments and outreach campaigns
- Conducting market and competitive research
- Building growth strategies and acquisition funnels
- Analysing data and improving conversion metrics
- Supporting strategic initiatives across product, sales, and operations
- Represent Wifthub at trade shows when required
This is not a narrow role. Youll get exposure to sales, strategy, product thinking, and startup execution.
Youre a fit only if you're a Generalist who thrives in early-stage chaos and owns ambiguity without needing a playbook. You must be a Scientist at heart, experimenting, failing, and learning fast while acting as a Force Multiplier for the team. This is a hands on Builder role, not a "strategy" desk job. We need high output individuals ready to commit 6 days a week to do the real, on ground work. If you prefer comfort over the intensity of building something from scratch, this isn't the place for you.
