About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales and Growth Executive to accelerate our companys expansion. This is an on-site role for someone who thrives in face-to-face interactions, strategic outreach, and revenue generation.

You will play a key role in driving partnerships, closing deals, and identifying new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify new leads through outreach, networking, and field visits.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Track and report sales metrics and performance insights.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to optimize conversion funnels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 13 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Growth roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.
  • High energy, proactive mindset, and ownership attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Tech / AI / SaaS sales (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing & customer acquisition strategies.
  • Experience in B2B sales environments.
  • Startup experience is a plus.
