Job Description
What do we need from your end?
1. Drive Aggressive B2B Sales Targets
Own and exceed monthly and quarterly B2B revenue goals.
Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic
outreach.
Conduct product demos, negotiate deals, and close high-value accounts.
2. Execute GTM (Go-To-Market) Experiments
Work closely with the founders/directors to design and run rapid GTM experiments.
Test new channels, messaging, and sales tactics to identify scalable growth levers.
Bring data-driven insights to refine acquisition and conversion strategies.
3. Customer & Market Insights
Gather real-time market intelligence from prospects and customers.
Feed key insights back into the product team to influence roadmap decisions.
Act as the voice of the customer in internal discussions.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing on lead generation initiatives and campaign feedback.
Partner with product teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and feature development.
Assist in improving sales processes, playbooks, and CRM hygiene.
5. Ownership & Leadership Mindset
Take full ownership of revenue outcomes with a founder mindset.
Display hustle, initiative, and willingness to solve problems end-to-end.
Prepare to scale into future Category Head / Business Leader roles by taking responsibility beyond standard sales duties.
Requirements
12+ years of B2B sales experience (mandatory).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
High bias for action, experimentation, and learning.
Ambition to grow beyond the traditional account executive path.
