Sales and Customer Experience Associate

A Sales & Customer Experience Associate is responsible for driving conversions while ensuring every customer interaction reflects the brands voice, values, and quality. They sit at the front line of the brand turning inquiries into sales and customers into loyal community members.

We are looking for someone who can:-

• Convert Instagram, WhatsApp & website inquiries into sales
• Assist customers with sizing, styling & product guidance
• Follow up on pending queries and abandoned carts
• Manage daily customer communication across platforms
• Handle order updates, delivery timelines & tracking queries via shopify
• Resolve exchanges, returns & refund concerns smoothly
• Maintain a warm, premium, on-brand tone at all times
• Coordinate with operations team for seamless fulfilment
• Support in achieving monthly sales targets
• Build long-term customer loyalty & repeat business

Experience : Minimum 1-2 years of working with a fashion brand.
