TITLE: Sales and Client Servicing Associate

TYPE: Full time

EXPERIENCE: Freshers

SCHEDULE: 10am to 7:30 pm - 6 days working (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday will be WFO rest WFH)

LOCATION: Andheri (w), Mumbai (Hybrid)

REPORTS TO: Founder

SALARY RANGE: 25,000/- pm to 35,000/- pm

>JOB SUMMERY

As a Sales & Client Servicing Executive, youll play a dual role bringing in new business while also managing and nurturing existing client relationships. Youll be working closely with creative and well as lead generation team the bridge. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, understanding brand needs, and taking ownership end-to-end.

>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pitch 9AVs offerings and support deal closures
• Maintain and update leads, prospects, and pipelines on CRM
• Handle day-to-day communication with assigned clients
• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for the creative team
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations across projects
• Coordinate shoots, approvals, and revisions
• Build strong client relationships and support renewals / upsells
