Role Overview:

The Sales & Business Development Trainee will be responsible for student counselling, lead conversion, and supporting business growth initiatives. The role involves direct interaction with prospective students and institutional partners and contributes to achieving the companys sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students on courses and career outcomes

Convert inbound and outbound leads into enrolments

Conduct product presentations and follow-ups

Support institutional partnerships and business development activities

Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain lead records

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth enrolment and post-sales support

Eligibility & Skills:

Graduate in any discipline (Freshers welcome)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment

Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling
