PropAnchor is a fast-growing real estate company founded in 2019, partnered with leading developers across Mumbai and Pune. With a team of over 70 professionals based in Andheri East, we help home buyers and investors navigate property transactions with clarity and confidence. We are looking for a driven, experienced Sales Manager to join our team and help lead performance across our active project portfolio.


The Role

This is a full-time, on-site, paid position based at our Andheri East office (near Western Express Highway Metro Station). As Sales Manager, you will independently manage client relationships from first meeting through to deal closure, work across Mumbai's residential markets, and contribute to the overall sales strategy of the team.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Independently handle the full sales cycle from site visits and property presentations through to negotiation, documentation, and deal closure
  • Build and manage a personal client portfolio across Mumbai's residential markets, with a focus on qualified buyers and investors
  • Develop and nurture relationships with Clients to generate consistent referral business
  • Stay up to date on live project inventory, developer pricing, payment plans, and market trends
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales team to ensure quality lead handovers and a seamless client experience
  • Meet monthly booking and revenue targets and report pipeline progress to senior management
  • Contribute to team training sessions and share market insights with colleagues

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum one year of proven experience in real estate sales, with a proven record of property closures
  • Prior experience working with or through Channel Partner (CP) firms is strongly preferred
  • Strong ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and guide them through complex purchase decisions
  • Confident negotiator with the ability to close deals independently
  • Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage
  • Familiarity with Mumbai's residential property market- Western, Central, or South Mumbai corridors preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM or lead management tools is beneficial
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Compensation

  • Fixed salary: INR 28,000 50,000 per month, based on experience and track record
  • Additional incentives paid on top of fixed salary, linked to bookings and closures
  • This is a fully paid position; no fees are charged to applicants at any stage

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management
  • Experience in Training and guiding sales teams
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
