Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales and Business Development professional located in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves creating and implementing sales strategies, collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs, and delivering training and presentations to promote solutions. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to driving growth and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to connect effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to develop and execute strategies that achieve targets
• Experience in Training and ability to conduct engaging presentations and support client initiatives
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and thrive in a hybrid work environment
• Proven ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Experience in the e-learning industry or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
