Job Description
Celeste is a fast-growing premium tea brand expanding its B2B vertical (corporate gifting, hospitality, curated workspaces).
We are looking for a serious B2B sales professional who understands premium positioning and can build structured institutional relationships.
This role is for someone who can:
Independently generate and close corporate leads
Build long-term partnerships (not discount-driven sales)
Present confidently to senior decision-makers
Maintain pricing discipline while driving growth
Required:
3+ years B2B sales / BD experience
Exposure to premium / hospitality / luxury / F&B preferred
Strong communication, structured follow-up & ownership mindset
Comfortable working directly with the founder
Location: New Delhi
