This is a full-time on-site Sales and Business Development role, located in Bengaluru South. The responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves managing the sales process, training team members on sales techniques, and contributing to organizational growth through strategic business development initiatives.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with an ability to engage effectively with clients and understand their needs.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies, achieve sales targets, and manage accounts effectively.
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance sales capabilities and ensure goal alignment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Proven track record in business development and creating long-term professional relationships is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a customer-first approach.
