Position 1: Sales ExecutiveKey Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities in SME and retail loan segments

Identify potential clients requiring financial solutions

Promote products such as Business Loans, Working Capital, LAP, and Home Loans

Maintain relationships with clients, connectors, and channel partners

Coordinate with the credit and documentation team for smooth processing

Skills Required

Good communication and persuasion skills

Basic knowledge of financial products is preferred

Target-driven mindset

Ability to build strong client relationships

Position 2: Back Office ExecutiveKey Responsibilities

Handling loan documentation and file preparation

Coordination with banks and NBFCs for case login and updates

Maintaining MIS records and client data

Supporting the sales team with documentation and follow-ups

Managing internal reporting and operational tasks

Skills Required

Basic knowledge of banking or loan processing preferred

Good computer skills (MS Excel / Email communication)

Organized and detail-oriented personality

Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
