Role OverviewWe are looking for a Sales & Account Manager to drive new business acquisition and manage existing client relationships. The role involves identifying new opportunities, closing deals, and growing strategic accounts while ensuring successful delivery and high client satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of client business, market position, and needs.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
- Track account performance, prepare account reports, and communicate progress with stakeholders.
- Handle client escalations and ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both new and existing clients.
- Pitch services, build proposals with pre-sales teams, and negotiate contracts.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain pipeline visibility and support revenue forecasting.
- 68 years experience in IT services / digital / UX / technology consulting sales.
- Proven experience in account management and business development roles.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Experience working with CRM tools and managing multiple accounts/projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
