Title: Brand Ambassador / Sales Assistant New Luxury Boutique Opening (Bangalore)

About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Brand Ambassador to join the grand opening of our new luxury boutique in Bangalores premier shopping district. As the face of our Italian heritage, you will not just sell a product; you will curate a world-class experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent our values and story with elegance, passion, and deep fashion knowledge.
• Clienteling: Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP clients through personalized service.
• KPI Excellence: Driven by performance, you will focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets, conversion rates, and Average Unit Retail (AUR).
• Store Excellence: Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and store operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Luxury Retail or Premium Lifestyle brands.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and a "proactive" sales mindset.
• A genuine passion for international fashion trends and Italian craftsmanship.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Knowledge of Kannada or Hindi is a plus).
