About Mudgar Club

Mudgar Club is building a strong learning + training ecosystem around traditional strength tools like Mudgar and Shena Push-up Board. Were starting our Level 1 Certificate Course , and we need someone who can talk to every enquiry and convert interest into enrollments.


This is not pushy sales. People usually come with genuine curiosity your job is to guide them clearly and close the enrollment.


Role: Sales & Admissions Manager (On-site, Dehradun)

You will handle inbound leads from Instagram/WhatsApp/Website/Ads and convert them into course admissions through calls + WhatsApp follow-ups.


What youll do (Responsibilities)
  • Call every new enquiry within the same day and understand their goal
  • Explain course structure, outcomes, schedule, fees, and certification process in a simple way
  • Handle objections politely (price, time, Ill think), and close enrollments
  • Do systematic follow-ups (without spamming) until the person says yes/no
  • Maintain a daily lead tracker (enquiry call follow-up enrolled)
  • Coordinate with the team for batch updates, group onboarding, and payment confirmation
  • Share weekly insights: common questions, objections, whats working in pitch, what needs improvement


What success looks like
  • Quick response time to enquiries
  • High conversion rate from enquiry to enrollment
  • Clean follow-up system and clear reporting
  • Students feel helped and guided, not sold to


Who should apply (Qualifications)
  • 13+ years in inside sales / admissions / counselling / course sales / D2C sales
  • Strong Hindi + decent English (spoken)
  • Confident on calls and very consistent with follow-ups
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel, basic CRM-style tracking
  • Bonus: interest in fitness, training, education, or coaching space


Location & Work type
  • On-site: Dehradun
  • Full-time


Salary
  • 30,000 40,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Performance incentives can be added based on conversions
