• Sales Order Maintenance

• Process and analyze all customer claims

• Customer database maintenance

• Customer satisfaction & service rate maintenance (Customer DPM)

• Sales data follow-up and reporting

• Participation to the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (QRQC)

• Good internal coordination with Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Procurement & Marketing departments
