Location: Newtown, Kolkata (India)

Are you an organised, detailoriented professional who loves supporting highperforming teams? Moose Technology is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team and play a key role in powering our Channel, Business, and Direct Sales operations.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to sales leadership, collaborate crossfunctionally, and build a strong foundation in sales enablement within a fastgrowing organisation.
What Youll Do
Channel Administration Support
- Manage Channel and Admin Zendesk tickets & shared mailboxes, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Support bulk partner sales reconciliation and coordinate with internal teams for timely, accurate payments.
- Oversee bulk partner order processes, review discrepancies, and drive resolution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner orderrelated queries.
- Provide administrative support to Channel Managers as required.
General Sales Administration Support
- Work with Sales Leadership & Channel Managers to document sales processes and internal system workflows.
- Assist in creating sales training content and support training delivery.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to coordinate internal communications and partner updates.
- Conduct data reviews and prepare reports and insights for Sales Leadership.
Work Health & Safety (WHS)
Youll play an active role in maintaining a safe workplace by:
- Caring for your own safety and the safety of others (physical & psychological).
- Following WHS policies, procedures, and training.
- Reporting incidents promptly and supporting investigations.
What Were Looking For
- Experience in administrative or sales support roles, preferably in fastpaced or channeldriven environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), Zendesk, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with crossteam collaboration experience.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in documentation, training materials, and internal communications.
- Telecom industry experience is a plus (not mandatory).
- Selfdriven, proactive, and able to work independently.
Travel Requirements
Ad hoc travel may be required.
