This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Admin based in Pune. The Sales Admin will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, maintaining customer records, coordinating with clients, and assisting in generating reports. This role involves analyzing data, handling customer inquiries, and supporting financial processes integral to the sales operations. The Sales Admin will work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient sales administration.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Analytical Skills for evaluating sales data, generating insightful reports, and contributing to informed decision-making
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance to manage records, schedules, and follow-ups
• Basic knowledge of Finance to assist with financial processes and invoicing
• Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant sales support tools
• Prior experience in a sales administration role is preferred
