We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join our real estate team in Ahmedabad for a full-time, on-site position. The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving sales performance, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing a team to achieve sales targets effectively. Responsibilities include cultivating leads, negotiating deals, analyzing market trends, and creating strategies to enhance business growth. The role also entails mentoring the sales team and collaborating with other departments to implement innovative sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Residential or Commercial sales.
- Experience in Gujarat property sales
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Experience with real estate market analysis and strategic planning
- Ability to manage and motivate sales teams effectively
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and understanding of sales tools
- Results-oriented mindset with analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Prior experience in real estate sales or a similar role is highly advantageous
