The Role
Transmissions Sales Activation team delivers a unified, data-driven approach to value-based selling across leading B2B technology brands. We sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, data, and enablement designing and running sophisticated programs that help our clients generate pipeline, influence revenue, and equip their sales teams to win.
Were looking for a Sales Activation Manager to lead the delivery, optimisation, and evolution of our Sales Activation programs across APAC. This is a senior, non-calling role focused on program management, client leadership, sales enablement, and operational excellence.
Youll be responsible for owning programs end-to-end from brief to execution to reporting while managing and enabling a team, strengthening client partnerships, and continuously improving how we deliver value.

What Youll Do
Program & Delivery Leadership
- Own the end-to-end delivery of Sales Activation programs across multiple B2B technology clients
- Translate client objectives into clear program structures, workflows, timelines, and success metrics
- Ensure programs consistently deliver against agreed KPIs (meetings, opportunities, pipeline, influence)
- Identify risks early and proactively course-correct to maintain performance and quality
Client Management & Partnership
- Act as the primary day-to-day client lead for Sales Activation programs
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams
- Lead client briefings, status updates, QBRs, and performance reviews
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve outcomes, not just report on results
Sales Enablement & Strategy
- Work closely with client sales teams to align messaging, targeting, and value propositions
- Support the development of enablement assets, talk tracks, sequencing logic, and outreach frameworks
- Ensure programs are aligned to client sales motions, territories, and account strategies
- Champion value-based selling and challenger-style approaches across programs
Team Leadership & Enablement
- Manage, coach, and enable a team delivering Sales Activation programs
- Set clear expectations, workflows, and quality standards for execution
- Identify capability gaps and support ongoing training and development
- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative team culture
Operational Excellence & Optimisation
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, tools, and ways of working
- Streamline operations and optimise workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
- Own quality assurance across programs, ensuring consistent excellence in delivery
- Leverage platforms such as Outreach.io to manage sequencing, reporting, and optimisation
Innovation & Function Growth
- Contribute to the evolution of Transmissions Sales Activation offering
- Identify opportunities for new services, enhancements, or efficiencies
- Work cross-functionally with Strategy, Analytics, Media, and Client Services teams
- Stay across market trends, client needs, and emerging sales technologies
What Youll Bring
- 7+ years experience across sales, account management, customer success, or sales enablement
- At least 2 years experience managing and enabling a team
- Strong background in B2B technology, either agency-side or in-house
- Proven experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder client programs
- Deep understanding of modern B2B sales motions and revenue teams
- Hands-on experience with Outreach.io (or similar sales engagement platforms)
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders, including Sales Directors and Heads of Revenue
- Highly organised, process-driven, and detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to operate in fast-moving environments
