Why This Role Is Exciting
We are looking for a revenue-driven Sales Account Manager with strong experience in enterprise sales, renewals, and contract negotiations. The ideal candidate has excellent sales acumen, deep understanding of procurement processes, and the ability to manage and grow high-value enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of renewals and commercial negotiations, demonstrating strong sales acumen, persuasion skills, and the ability to maximize account profitability.
Proactively understand customer challenges and ensure timely resolution of issues, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
Build strong long-term client relationships and drive product adoption through trainings and support
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support new deal closures
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipelines, and account health metrics
Maintain an updated list of active prospects and opportunities while consistently achieving assigned sales and renewal targets.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of enterprise sales experience .
Strong sales instincts , consultative selling ability is a must and proven experience with
negotiating renewals and commercial contracts is definitely a plus.
Experience managing enterprise customers and procurement workflows
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
High degree of customer empathy , relationship-building capability, and commitment to
resolving customer issues.
Graduate degree (BTech/BE/BSc Electronics/BCA preferred)
