Job Description
Sales / Account Management Executive (B2B / B2C)
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales / Account Management Executive to manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and support business expansion across B2B and B2C segments . This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts while identifying new business opportunities
- Drive sales across B2B and/or B2C channels to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and ongoing account support
- Track sales pipelines, account performance, and share regular reports
- Understand client needs and propose solutions aligned with business goals
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B and/or B2C Sales or Account Management
Education:
B.Tech degree, or
Non-B.Tech degree with an MBA
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional client relationships
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing enterprise or key accounts
- Exposure to CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
