We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Closer to join our growing team. In this role, you will step in at the most critical stages of the sales cycle. Your primary mission is to take qualified leads, demonstrate our value proposition, and convert prospects into long-term partners.

The ideal candidate is a master of persuasion, a disciplined negotiator, and someone who thrives on the adrenaline of hitting "Sent" on a signed contract.


Key Responsibilities
  • Execute High-Stakes Demos: Conduct deep-dive discovery phone calls and product demonstrations that speak directly to the prospect's pain points.
  • Manage the Pipeline: Take ownership of a pipeline of qualified leads (SQLs) and move them through the final stages of the funnel.
  • Overcome Objections: Expertly navigate complex pushback regarding pricing, implementation, or competition.
  • Negotiate and Close: Manage the entire closing process, from initial proposal to final contract signature.
  • Collaborate with SDRs: Provide feedback to the Sales Development team to ensure the quality of leads remains high.
  • CRM Hygiene: Maintain meticulous records in (CRM Name, e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot) to ensure accurate sales forecasting.

  • Skills & Qualifications
    • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a closing role (Account Executive, Closers, etc.), preferably in (Industry, e.g., SaaS or B2B).
    • Closing Instinct: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
    • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to command a room (or a Zoom call).
    • Emotional Intelligence: The ability to read between the lines, build instant rapport, and understand the "why" behind a buyer's decision.
    • Resilience: A "hunter" mentality with the thick skin required to handle rejection and the persistence to follow up until the deal is done.
