Sales / Lead Generation - Team Lead

Responsibilities :

• Build, train, and manage a high-performing lead generation team.
• Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies (calls, emails, social).
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of daily/weekly targets.
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs: lead volume, conversion rates, pipeline contribution.
• Prepare and present performance dashboards and actionable insights to leadership.
• Optimize lead qualification processes and improve lead quality.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align on targets and conversion goals.

Requirements :

• 3-4. years in sales/lead generation roles, with 1 years minimum in team management
• Proven experience in outbound lead generation and pipeline creation
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in KPI tracking and reporting
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
