Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic & ambitious sales ninja for our Business Development and Marketing (IT sales) to join our founder's-led sales & marketing team.

Desired Skills and Experience:

23 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development or Inside Sales in IT Industry preferably SaaS or B2B domain (B2B IT/Tech Industry experience is must )

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Confidence in cold calling and persistence in follow-ups.

Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

A results-driven mindset with a focus on hitting and exceeding targets.



Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in SaaS or marketing automation sales.

Understanding of Google and meta Ads, SEO or digital marketing ecosystem.

Knowledge of outbound cadences, lead qualification frameworks, and pipeline management.

Experience to IT B2B sales in service industry will be added advantage


Roles & Responsibilities :

Finding & curating the ICP (ideal customer profile) for new offerings.

Creating a lead list from multiple sources.

Writing email pitches & running cold email campaigns.

Writing call scripts & making cold calls.

Generating sales-qualified leads periodically & qualifying marketing-qualified leads.

Pitching and maintaining relationships with channel partners.

Meet and exceed monthly KPIs such as qualified demos booked, outbound activity volume, and conversion rates.

Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM

Handling marketing/branding on social media handles.

Designing Branding and Marketing strategies.


Job Location/Work model and shift timings:

Pune based candidates will be preferred.

Hybrid work model (2-3 days/week in Office)

The role will follow overlap with US /EMEA Market hence candidate should be willing to overlap work timings accordingly i.e., 12 PM-9 PM.
