Job Description

Job Summary:

The Growth & Sales Analyst supports lead generation, sales pipeline tracking, and reporting to help drive revenue growth, working closely with sales and marketing teams.


Responsibilities

  • Research markets and identify potential leads and sales opportunities.
  • Assist in lead generation and qualification through outreach, follow-ups, and prospect research.
  • Support the sales team by preparing proposals, pitch decks, and sales materials.
  • Help track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Assist with sales calls, meetings, and client presentations by providing data and insights.
  • Analyze basic sales metrics and customer data to support revenue growth and conversion improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and improve lead quality.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to track sales performance and progress against targets.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication, and presentation design skills.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities to support impactful sales and growth initiatives.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product.
  • Keen attention to detail ensuring accuracy in research, data, and reporting.
  • Strong skills in networking, project management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
