Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 610 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise, production support exposure, and the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders in an onsite/hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura .
• Configure and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications.
• Build reusable, scalable components following Salesforce best practices.
• Handle production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
• Work closely with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and post-production support.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
• Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 610 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud .
• Proficiency in Apex programming , triggers, batch jobs, and schedulers.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Framework (LWC & Aura) .
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs .
• Exposure to support projects and production issue handling .
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work in onsite/hybrid mode at Gurgaon, Bangalore, or Pune.

Good to Have

• Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tools, and version control systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
