Job Title: Sales Officer
Location: New Delhi (East & North Delhi)
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Officer with experience in the Cosmetic & Personal Care industry to manage frontline sales and distributor networks across East & North Delhi. The role focuses on driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening channel relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage frontline sales operations in East & North Delhi
- Drive secondary sales through distributor and retailer networks
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams for promotions and market activations
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market insights
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales Officer / Sales Executive
- Prior experience in Cosmetics / Personal Care segment is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Delhi markets and distribution channels
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong network with SS & Distributors in Delhi
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
