AidNix is a fast-growing health-tech company on a mission to make healthcare affordable, accessible, and transparent for everyone.
We connect patients, pharmacies, diagnostic labs, and doctors under one platform providing discounts on medicines and lab tests, AI-powered digital tools for healthcare professionals, and 30-minute medicine delivery.
Our in-house AidNix Pharmacy Management System (PMS) helps pharmacies and labs automate billing, manage inventory, track expiry, and accept online orders seamlessly.
Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales Executive who can handle both primary sales (PMS product onboarding) and secondary sales (AidNix healthcare service partnerships) .
This is a hybrid role requiring both field marketing and relationship-building with local healthcare businesses in Jaipur and nearby cities.
Key Responsibilities 1. PMS Product Sales & Onboarding- Identify and onboard pharmacies, doctors, and diagnostic labs to the AidNix PMS platform.
- Conduct product demos and explain features (billing, expiry alerts, inventory, order sync, reports).
- Achieve monthly installation and activation targets.
- Train partners on using PMS and help them integrate with the AidNix marketplace.
- Collect feedback and share improvement suggestions with the tech/product team.
- Build partnerships with labs, hospitals, clinics, insurance agents, and corporates .
- Pitch AidNix offerings like medicine delivery, diagnostic packages, annual health checkups , and doctor bookings .
- Execute local campaigns, doctor tie-ups, and health camps to generate leads and brand visibility.
- Work with the marketing team for offline branding (posters, standees, events) and online promotions to support partner growth.
- Manage partner relationships for renewals, upselling, and referral growth.
- 15 years of experience in healthcare / pharma / SaaS / field sales / partnerships .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working on-field and meeting daily/weekly sales targets.
- Understanding of pharmacies, labs, or healthcare workflow is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and digital communication platforms.
