Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development
Solid experience with Java and Python programming languages and complete understanding of SDLC processes.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong design and development skills.
Ability to manage complex deliverables, adhering to the JIRA sprint process.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred:
Background in role-based access control and identity management.
Familiarity with the IAM user access revalidation and transfer process.
Experience with GitHub Copilot, Cline, Aider, or other AI coding assistance tools is a major plus.
UI development experience is a plus.
Industry-recognized certifications like CISSP, CCSP are desirable.

2. Skill upgradation and competency building
- Clear wipro exams and internal certifications from time to time to upgrade the skills
- Attend trainings, seminars to sharpen the knowledge in functional/ technical domain
- Write papers, articles, case studies and publish them on the intranet
