Job Description
Experience Range: 10 to 15 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, and deployment of SailPoint IIQ solutions (lifecycle management, provisioning, certification, access request, policy enforcement).
- Develop and maintain connectors, workflows, rules, forms, and policies within SailPoint IIQ.
- Implement role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and access certifications.
- Integrate IIQ with target systems (Active Directory, LDAP, databases, SaaS applications, and custom apps).
- Collaborate with IAM architects, business analysts, and security teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing SailPoint IIQ implementations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and governance requirements in all IAM solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Java, BeanShell, XML, and SQL for customizations within SailPoint IIQ.
- Experience with application onboarding, workflows, provisioning connectors, and access certifications .
- Deep understanding of IAM concepts : provisioning, authentication, authorization, RBAC, SoD, governance.
- Experience integrating SailPoint IIQ with systems like Active Directory, LDAP, ServiceNow, Workday, and cloud platforms (Azure AD, AWS, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of security standards and protocols (SAML, OAuth, SCIM, OpenID Connect).
- Experience with SailPoint IIQ & ISE or other IAM platforms (Okta, CyberArk, Ping, ForgeRock).
