Primarily this role will provide BAU support for RBAC, JIT, JML and Service Layer track. Task involved:
INC Management
CHG Management / CRQ execution
On-call Support
Situation Reporting
Prod Issue trouble shooting
Participate in QA turnover and Checklist
Collaborate with Dev and QA to expedite prod fixes
