Responsibilities

1. Architect, implement, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ/IAM solutions across a variety of applications, systems, and platforms.
2. Customize and configure workflows for identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and certifications.
3. Perform system upgrades, troubleshooting, and regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective identity governance solutions.
5. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design, configurations, test plans, and runbooks.

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Minimum 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), with at least 4 years in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
3. Deep understanding of IAM concepts, including provisioning, attestation, SoD, RBAC, and password management.
4. Hands-on expertise in workflows, connectors, APIs, Java/Bean shell coding, and customization in SailPoint.
5. Strong knowledge of integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, HR Systems, and cloud environments.
