About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with SailPoint Integration expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will take end-to-end ownership of integrations between ServiceNow and SailPoint, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient identity governance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNowSailPoint integrations.
• Develop and maintain robust workflows for identity lifecycle management and access governance.
• Implement and customize ServiceNow modules using:
• JavaScript
• Flow Designer
• Business Rules
• Script Includes
• UI Policies
• Client Scripts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert-level support during escalations.
• Ensure solutions follow best practices for performance, scalability, and security.
• Act as a client-facing technical expert with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in ServiceNow development and SailPoint integration.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Experience with identity governance and administration (IGA) concepts.
• Ability to handle complex integrations and troubleshoot critical issues.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in large-scale MNC environments.
• Knowledge of ITSM, IAM, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Relevant ServiceNow/SailPoint certifications are a plus.
