Responsibilities as an Identity and Access Management Architect:
- Implement, maintain and manage the Identity Access (IDAM) and privileged Access (PAM) solution aligned with the Organization Goals and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders like security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to align IAM capabilities and roles with organizational needs
- Design, define and review Identity and Access Management related policies, standards and procedures
- Design, define and implement the controls related to IAM domain.
- Develop standards, processes, and automation for user provisioning, access certifications, role management, and privileged access Management
- Manage the IDAM SailPoint and BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management Operations and full life cycle of the transformation projects in the related areas
- Document, implement, and enforce security controls, policies, and procedures related to identity governance and administration.
- Service improvement, value add to existing technologies and organization.
- Analyse performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging trends, standards, and technologies to drive innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum 13+ years of experience in Identity and access Management
- Minimum 5+ years of Experience in managing the IDAM platform for a global organization in the leadership role
- Experience in designing, implementing, and operating IDAM and PAM solutions within enterprise environments.
- Good technical knowledge of one or more IDAM and PAM products like SailPoint, Oracle IDAM, Okta, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, ARCON PAM etc.
- Strong understanding of security principles, authentication protocols, and industry standards (SAML, OAuth, SCIM)
- Good knowledge of Cloud Security Azure, AWS, GCP
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
