SailPoint Architect

About Us:

Bridgesoft specializes in Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions across industries, helping clients design, implement, and optimize secure identity governance frameworks. We are looking for an experienced SailPoint Architect to join our team and lead IAM initiatives with expertise, best practices, and a strong architectural mindset.

Role Overview:

As a SailPoint Architect, you will assess existing SailPoint IdentityNow implementations (or similar IAM environments), identify gaps, and propose enhancements. You will be responsible for defining IAM architecture, implementing best practices in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and delivering scalable, secure identity solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate existing IdentityNow (or equivalent) implementations, analyze gaps, and suggest improvements.
• Define and enforce IAM/IGA best practices, governance policies, and lifecycle management.
• Design and architect identity solutions that meet business, security, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (technical and non-technical) to translate business needs into technical solutions within IAM.
• Provide guidance or mentorship to development / operations teams especially around identity, access management, and governance frameworks.

Qualifications / Required Skills:

• Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (or SailPoint/IAM technologies) ideally hands-on with Identity Governance and Access Management implementations.
• Proven expertise in analyzing, designing, and implementing IAM/IGA solutions, including lifecycle events, access workflows, certifications, and compliance.
• Good understanding of identity governance best practices and ability to suggest and implement them effectively.
• Strong communication skills, with ability to engage stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• (Preferred) Prior experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) is a plus.
• (Preferred) Experience working in regulated industries or environments with high compliance standards.
